The Guild Haus is a collaborative design studio built for how hospitality projects move today. We bridge the gap between big-firm complexity and small-studio constraints with a guild model: a curated network of senior specialists assembled to fit each project’s exact needs—design, strategy, technical, sourcing, and brand—without unnecessary layers.

Led by Lorraine Francis and Shannon Suess, two hospitality design leaders with complementary strengths, shared standards, and a common obsession: creating spaces that feel intentional, profitable, and unforgettable. Together, we bring deep experience, a trusted bench of experts, and the ability to move quickly—while keeping the work grounded in clarity, craft, and real-world execution.
